These Terms & Conditions govern your use of k5666. By registering an account or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Eligibility Requirements

  • You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are restricted by any law from participating in online betting or casino gaming, you must not use the platform.
  • You must not have been previously excluded from the k5666 platform or had an account closed for any breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.
  • You must not be depositing funds that are derived from criminal activity or money laundering, and you must comply with all applicable anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorism-financing laws.

Account Registration and Security

Each user may hold only one account on the k5666 platform. Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent exclusion from the platform. k5666 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts without prior notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Your username, password, and OTP codes must not be shared with any third party. k5666 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to maintain credential security.

  • All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false information, including a false date of birth or identity details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
  • k5666 may require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. Acceptable KYC documents include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Failure to provide KYC documents when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
  • You must update your account information promptly if any detail changes. In particular, your registered Bangladesh mobile number must remain current, as it is used for OTP-based account access and password recovery.
  • Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account or any funds within it to another person. Any attempt to do so will void the account.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

k5666 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment methods. In Bangladesh these currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfer options. k5666 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice.

All transactions on k5666 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are credited and processed at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction. k5666 bears no responsibility for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day; current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
  • Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, except where k5666 approves an alternative method in writing. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering.
  • Withdrawal requests may be subject to KYC verification before processing. k5666 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending verification, and will process it within a reasonable timeframe once all required documents have been received.
  • k5666 is not a bank. Funds held in your k5666 account are not protected by any deposit insurance scheme. You should only deposit funds that you can afford to use for betting and gaming entertainment purposes.
  • Any deposit made using funds derived from illegal activity will be reversed and the account suspended. k5666 cooperates fully with law-enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in cases of suspected financial crime.

Bonuses and Promotions

k5666 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms that are published alongside each offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless an individual promotion's terms state otherwise.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover is stated on each individual bonus offer page. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus.

Bonus Eligibility

Welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses are available to new accounts only. One welcome bonus per household, device, and payment method. k5666 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer from any player at its discretion if abuse or exploitation of a promotion is suspected.

Game Contribution

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting bets typically contribute 100% to rollover. Slot game bets typically contribute 100%. Live casino bets and table game bets may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%-20%). The exact contribution rates for each game type are listed in the bonus terms for each individual offer.

Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed or unused bonuses expire automatically on the date stated in the individual offer terms. Once expired, a bonus cannot be reinstated. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account without compensation.

Betting and Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any game on the k5666 platform, you accept that all decisions made by the platform's betting engine and game software are final, subject to the dispute resolution provisions below. k5666 uses certified third-party game providers and RNG-based systems to ensure fair outcomes.

k5666 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where it can be demonstrated that an error has occurred (including but not limited to software errors, data feed errors, or communication failures), or where a bet has been placed in circumstances that clearly constitute exploitation of an error in the odds or game logic.

  • Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per game. Current limits are displayed within each betting market and game lobby. k5666 may adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
  • In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to availability. k5666 may suspend in-play betting markets at any time during an event without notice, particularly if an outcome is imminent or if there is a change in event status.
  • Winnings are credited to your k5666 account balance immediately upon settlement of a bet or game round. Settlement times may vary depending on the event type and any pending verifications.
  • Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, use automated betting software (bots), exploit glitches, collude with other players, or engage in any form of cheating is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

  • We are required to do so by a competent authority, court order , or applicable law.

Intellectual Property

The compilation of all content on the platform is the exclusive property of k5666.

Unauthorised use of k5666 trademarks, trade names, or branding is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability
